Want to know more about your virtual assistant?Find out more about Annie B below
Hi, I’m Annie B!
Thanks for coming to find out some more about me; virtual assistant, craft blogger, Mummy of two boys, wife of an academic, owner of a tiny cat, stationery lover and a long term sufferer of a tea and cake addiction. I am the driving force behind Hello My PA which was born of a love for helping others and a passion for great customer experience.
I am naturally driven by helping other people. Having worked in customer facing roles for most of my working background, I have developed a keen sense of what great customer experience is about. My work as a PA and office manager gave me an insight to the inner workings of a large business. Having also worked in the past with clients from the startup stage, watching them grow, I have knowledge of how businesses can develop from ideas to 36 people teams (literally).
In 2015, having built a large network of craft business via my craft blog (Mrs Crafty B) and my craft workshops and events, I decided to set up Hello My PA. I saw a need for flexible help where businesses couldn’t afford to employ a member of staff but needed assistance with various business tasks in order to move their business to the next level.
I spoke to several of my contacts to get to the nitty gritty of what they REALLY wanted. I then surveyed 250 freelancers, bloggers and small business owners. The answer? Flexible, ad hoc help from someone with experience and knowledge. Some needed help with getting set up on social media, some had huge lists of admin jobs that they just couldn’t find the time to do and some just wanted a ‘PA’ on hand to help as and when they needed it.
Hello My PA was formed based on all of the things I knew these small businesses wanted and needed but also on the things I knew I could confidently help with.
What happens if I can’t help? Well, I can always help! Whether that be me providing a service, learning a new skill or finding someone better suited to the task.
Some of my regular clients have dished the dirt on my testimonial page so pop on over to see what they think of Hello My PA.
